Cancel your plan

Cancelling takes two clicks. No maze.

1. Open Account, then Plan and payment.
2. Press Cancel plan.
3. Octobooks shows the day your plan ends: the end of the month you paid for. Add a reason if you like.
4. Press Cancel plan again. Done.

Until that day everything works as now. Changed your mind? Press Keep my plan before the end date.

After the end date your books stay readable and downloadable. Come back any time with Reactivate: choose a plan.

Refunds: not happy in your first 14 days of paying? Full refund. Email hello@octobooks.ai from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. The Refund Policy has the details.
