Create your account

You need a Google account and two minutes. No card.

1. On octobooks.ai press Start free.
2. Sign in with Google. Google tells us your email; Octobooks keeps no password.
3. Type your name and your company's name. For a UK company, pick it from the Companies House list as you type; the number and register details come with it.
4. Choose what kind of business it is: UK Ltd, UK sole trader, German GmbH or UG (SKR03 or SKR04), German sole trader, Austrian GmbH or Austrian sole trader.
5. Tick the terms and the privacy note. Have a code? Open Have a code? and type it.
6. Press Create my company.
7. Protect your books with a second step: a passkey, an authenticator app, or a code by email.

Join by 31 October 2026 and Octobooks is free until 31 January 2027. From 1 November 2026: 7 days free, no card, then a plan.
