Download everything

Your books are yours. Take them with you any time.

1. Open Account, then Your data.
2. Press Download everything (ZIP).
3. You get one archive: every entry, every document and the links between them, readable without Octobooks.

Reports can also be downloaded as Excel.

Leaving Octobooks? Under Leave Octobooks you can close the account:

1. Tick Close the account and delete it in 90 days.
2. Confirm with your passkey or code, and press Close the account.
3. The books turn read only at once. You can download everything for 90 days, and reopen the account with one click before that day.
4. Then every entry and every document of the account is deleted, and gone from our backups within 12 months.

Tax law makes you keep your records for years. Download them before you close.
