Match payments to invoices

When a customer pays, the bank line and the invoice belong together. Your AI matches them.

1. Hand in your bank statement (see article 3).
2. Ask your AI: "Match this month's payments to my invoices and bills."
3. Your AI matches each payment to the invoice or bill it pays. One payment for several invoices, or one invoice paid in parts, both work.
4. Ask: "Which invoices are paid, part paid or open?" Your AI shows the list.
5. A line it cannot explain becomes one short question to you. Your answer is kept, so similar lines go the same way next time.

Matching moves no money. It records what your bank already did. Who releases the matches is set on Control.
