Sales invoices

Your AI drafts invoices, quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes and credit notes from your stored prices.

1. Ask your AI, for example: "Draft an invoice to my customer for 40 hours at my stored price."
2. The invoice builder shows the draft live beside the chat.
3. Or open Invoices in Octobooks and press New invoice.
4. When it is right, your AI asks to issue it. An issued invoice is final, so you confirm it on the approval page, or with a chat stamp if you switched one on.

E-invoices in ZUGFeRD and XRechnung are issued and read for Germany. If an e-invoice fails validation, a switch on Control lets you issue it as a plain PDF after a warning that names what to put right.
