Set your switches on the page Control

Your AI may do everything in the books. You set the switches, per company, on the page Who decides (the page Control).

1. Who decides. Choose My AI decides, Two agents must agree, or I decide. With My AI decides, your AI releases bookings, journal proposals, rules and answers. Everything shows on the daily digest, and one click reverses it.
2. Standing approvals. Approve a rule once, with a cap per posting and per day. Every booking that fits it goes straight through.
3. Chat stamp. Off unless you switch it on. Type a one time code from your authenticator in the chat and your AI passes it on. Choose what a stamp may release.
4. Checks. Two checks on receipts (VAT that fits the receipt, the receipt total). Switch each on or off, with a reason.
5. When the books lock and Invoices: choose your own policy.

Issuing an invoice and locking a period stay with you: on the approval page, or with a chat stamp if you switched one on. Most changes on Control ask for your passkey or authenticator code.
