People and access

Bring in your adviser, your auditor or a colleague. They come along free.

1. Open Account, then People and AI, then People and their roles.
2. Under Invite a person, type their email and, if you like, their name.
3. Choose the role: read only, auditor or adviser. Tick the companies.
4. Press Make invite link, then Copy invite link.
5. Send it yourself, by email, WhatsApp or text. Octobooks sends nothing.

The link works once and for two hours, and signs that one browser in for 30 days. An adviser reads everything and can set the adviser lock. An auditor and a read only person read everything. None of them approves, posts or connects a Claude. Owner and director are never invited by link.

Your AI can ask for an invite too. Bringing a person in always waits for you.

Remove a person on the same page. AI connections are ended on AI connections.
